Reviews
Trails were well marked but quite muddy at times. Otherwise an amazing place with good parking, toilets and pretty gorgeous scenery.
The view and the trails are good just I came a day after a big storm, so there were many trees fell on the ground and blocked the trail. So I needed to flip over or go under the branches, also went inside forest to go around it. Sometimes it’s easy to get lost because of these trees. There are some signs along the trails (trail panel, red ribbon, or trail map) but I would definitely recommend “all trail” application
Great trails. Be careful which trail you pick though. We wanted to walk by the lakes, so we picked "le marais" and then realized the trail actually goes through the marsh, which is wet at some points. We were obliged to go into the forest where there is no trail at all to avoid the wet parts. There are not a lot of people but a lot of trails, and the view is beautiful. Loved this place.
nice spot, long, not too challenging trails. The trails can be a little confusing as there are so many, in all different directions. However, the signage is decent! the trails are pretty wet so I recommend waterproof footwear. The view at the top is not so impressive, but there's a nice picnic area!
Great hiking and biking trails in the woods. Lots of options depending on your stamina and ability.
Very difficult to get lost,
Lovely trail with lovely people you could come across.
There's a beautiful view of the lake at the beginning of the trail.
Lots of people walking their dogs, which is always nice to see.
Not difficult, very beginner friendly!
This is a hidden trail that is not apparent. I found it by chance and did not know what to expect while doing the hike. I would say this hike is medium level for the main Loup-Garou trail. That shortest trail was about 7km total seeing the two viewpoints and took 3hours. There are many other trails to take and also a few mountain biking trails. In the winter there is cross country ski trails and snow shoe trails. There were not many people, and it seemed like a local place. I would bring hiking shoes since it is muddy and lots of pebbles/rocks on the path.
Great place to head out for a MTB ride. The climbs are long, but we'll worth the descent. Tricholome is an absolute blast.
